How to keep a sway bar end link from spinning when trying to remove the nut?
I am trying to remove the sway bar end link off a truck and when trying to remove the nut,the enitre sway bar end link just spins around too.How to remove the nut without the ball joint spinning around on the end link?
I have tried to put a ball joint fork on the link to keep it from spinning but that doesnt work either..Any help?
spray the nut with penetrating oil. it might be seized on the link with rust. then wrap a chain wrench around the link and tighten it as much as possible to hold the link from spinning. if those don’t work, you might have to cut the link out with a hacksaw or a blowtorch
