How do I stop duplication of modified files?
Whenever I modify any file (Word, Excel), immediately a duplicate file is beeing created. I think, if i do not make any modificatins (modifications attempted only), those duplications are automatically disappeared. But when modified the duplicate files remianed. How can I stop the creation of duplicate files? Where are the options for enabling/disabling the creation of duplicates? Please help.
I think that is just a back up.
