Salvage car advice/repair advice anybody help?

I’ve done a bit of car work in the past and have a good idea what needs to be done as it looks straightforward enough, but would be grateful if somebody with knowlege could have a quick look and tell me if I’ve missed anything? I.e. is it literally just a case of fitting a new bumper as I think or are there bits missing that it needs to be connected to? Also can you confirm that the wings on these are welded and not bolted?

i have fixed a lot of those back before ,believe me,more than i should have,that one looks ok but there may be inner damage to it also,this you cant see through the picture,so be careful,it may be an easy repair,but it makes you wonder if it was why someone hasn’t already fixed it back,i think the wings on that car are bolted to the best that i can remember,if there not then you know what has to be done to repair it,you can probably make it good and strait again,i hope so ,good luck with it.,,PS think this one over a little bit before you buy it.
