Cadbury Chocolate Factory – A Sensational Chocolate-filled Experience
Located in the heart of the Dunedin, the Cadbury Chocolate Factory is one of the premier landmarks in New Zealand. Travellers are able to find it between two of the most famous locations in Dunedin, the railway station and the Octagon.
It has a long history, which traces back to 1930 when Richard Hudson joined in partnership with Cadbury to create the first batch of Cadbury chocolate in the country. Soon after, the company changed its name to Cadbury Confectionery Ltd in 1991, offering locals a variety of sweets and lollies. The range of chocolates produced at the time included Pineapple Lumps, Minties and Jaffas, regarded as among the favourites of the customers. These chocolate are still produced, even to this day although the packaging and size has slightly been altered. Cadbury Jaffas is perhaps the most legendary amongst the rest, which was produced in 1931. Having become popular amongst the Kiwis, Cadbury Jaffas encompasses a unique chocolate and orange taste. Pascall Pineapple Lumps is another favourite, which was created in New Zealand in 1935. Known as a national treasure, the Pineapple Lump is made of delicious lumps of pineapple, covered in chocolate.
Attached to the confectionery factory is The Cadbury World, which is the tour operation of the Cadbury Chocolate Factory. The tour lasts about 75 minutes, and begins with the origins of chocolate and its history since it was discovered. Visitors will learn a number of facts about chocolates from how chocolate was used as a favored drink of the nobility to when it was used as a medicine. Not to be missed is the chance to try a fresh cocoa bean.
Regarded as a self-guided experience, it is place where one can learn about how the company has progressed over the years. These chocolate themed attractions include a series of renowned Cadbury television adverts and a narration of the evolution of Cadbury Chocolate.

1969 GTX clone, or 1967 Camaro?
I have the option between a 69 Satellite, dressed up to look like a GTX, and a 1967 Camaro that needs restoration. The GTX is $9500, and the Camaro is $6500. The GTX is in running condition with a 383, automatic, and was painted hemi orange (factory blue), and black interior (factory blue as well). The car is in all around good shape and does not need much, but it did come from the factory as a blue satellite. The Camaro is in need of restoration, and has a 250ci inline 6 cylinder coupled to a 3 speed manual transmission. Its a 1967 with visible headlights. it needs bodywork, interior, and the trunk has one rust hole. I plan on dropping a v8 if i go this route, and put a 4 speed behind it. If i go with the GTX clone, im going to drop a 440. Which car would you go with, and why? Serious answers only please.
get the Mopar, Camaros are everywhere and they get old. parts will be harder to find though, and not as many companies make reproduction pieces like with the GMs, but it’s worth it.
