Sales of Goods Act Comparison education – Business Link Vs Wikipedia
Reading over the two acts Merchandise from both sources, the first review the two is that Law Business Link is more positive for the consumer, it is indicated to the options that consumers have when / if something happens wrong with a sale. It includes information about services that are provided by just a physical product. While the version of Wikipedia is more purely process base with information about services not much. They put across what they think the Act on the goods is as good as they would like, saying "a new sales Property Act is thought to be late." If a consumer reads the act, it can make them feel that the law is imperfect, if set in this genre.
Continuing with Wikipedia, which says it is "at least minor restrictions" could mean that consumers and companies in need of a new comprehensive law to cover more events that occur in the sale of goods. Wikipedia explains more information on the actual selling process, rather than the actual product. Includes details on property ownership and possession, the seller must have full ownership of a product to sell, which keeps the free consumption from events where a third party that security on the same product interferes with the sale or consumption. This includes the transfer of ownership takes place only when the goods were delivered as advertised, not when all monies have been passed by both parties. Business Link is silent about the transfer of ownership.
The two acts mentioned pricing, timing and quality must be satisfactory, though Wikipedia says that all the above may be affected and the level of satisfaction expected consumption may vary depending on the condition of the item (new or used) and the price. Business Link does not mention this, I think it's an important fact to show, particularly in the retail workplace, where new and used products available.

But together, the two sources cover the buyer and seller when it comes to the satisfactory condition of an item and service, but both slightly with views different.
