What are the best wheels to use in a skateboard?
Size does matter I have noticed that most boarders around my town use small wheels as opposed to larger ones, why is that? What make of wheel is the best or does that matter?
depends on how you skate. smaller wheels are best for trick skating. they are super hard too. I am old, don’t do any tricks, and just like rolling down the sidewalks and streets. I use 65mm wheels in a softer , grippier formula. I wondered why the younger generation use such small wheels, ’cause in my day we did mostly the same tricks. Anyway, bigger diameter wheels roll faster and longer and thats why you see them on those huge cruiser boards.
