Product Timeline
Here at Stonehorse Creations, we make all of our products by hand with love and care. We make each of our items to order , and depending on the item/s ordered, production & shipping will vary. We try to take no more than 2 weeks for a product to be made and shipped, and many times an item can ship in just a few days. The actual amount of time depends on the item ordered and our current work load. Need your item quickly? Contact us and we will do everything in our power to make that happen!
Shipping & Handling
We carefully wrap your items to prevent them from breakage. Each item is wrapped with quality materials.
We ship using USPS for domestic and international packages to try and keep the shipping costs at a minimum. Occasionally we may offer FREE SHIPPING on certain items (always a bonus!). You will always get a tracking number to keep an eye on your package.
Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 14 day exchange policy on any items that arrive defective. However, we do not offer returns or exchanges for changing your mind. Each item is handmade and carefully crafted (by us and not a robot!) just for you at your time of order.

We do not offer refunds for misuse or accidental breakage. We have tested our products to ensure that our packing materials will protects your items and that they will safely make it to your destination free of harm.
